What is the code?
A six-digit code you get when you open the account. One per account, the same for all your workers. A worker keys it once, and from then on his phone is recognised.
Does the worker need an app?
No. Any phone works.
What if his language is not listed?
It is coming. The list grows.
Is it certified translation?
No. Telfluent is a communication aid, not a substitute for a human interpreter in legal or medical matters.
What is kept?
Nothing of what was said. Only who called, through which number, when, and for how many minutes.
