Privacy policy
1. What we collect
Your business name, owner name, phone and email. The names you type for workers and people, their phone numbers, the language and voice chosen. For every call: the phone that called, the number dialled, the time and the interpreted minutes. A log of every change to the account, and who made it. Sign-up and sign-in attempts. Phones that keyed a wrong code or were turned away. The labels and last use of API keys. Request logs with the account id.
2. What we do not collect
No audio is kept. Nothing of what was said in a call is stored, neither audio nor text.
3. Why
To provide the service, to bill, for safety, to prevent abuse and to meet legal duties.
4. Where
Processing is in the European Union: the servers in Frankfurt, and speech processing on the speech provider's EU region.
5. Subprocessors
As of 2 October 2026: Telnyx — telephony and SMS. Soniox — speech recognition, translation and synthesis, no retention. Fly.io — servers. Resend — email codes. Meta/WhatsApp — codes, once enabled.
6. How long data is kept
Account and ledger data are kept while the account is open, and as billing law requires. Deletion on request is done by hand within thirty days.

The subscriber is the workers' employer and the controller of their data. A worker may ask us to remove his phone number.
9. Israeli law

10. No marketing messages
We do not send marketing messages. Service messages only.
