1. The parties
This agreement is between [Telfluent — entity name] ("the service") and the subscriber. The subscriber is the business that opened the account, not the worker.
2. What the service is
Telfluent interprets telephone calls automatically and in real time. It is a communication aid. It is not certified translation, it is not for legal or medical matters, and it is not for emergencies. In an emergency dial 100, 101 or 102.
3. You verify anything critical
Anything critical — safety, wages, a medical matter — you verify yourselves in another way. Do not rely on the interpretation alone.
4. Plans, minutes and seats
The plan, the number of minutes and the number of worker phones are set by payment. When the account has no minutes, calls are refused until minutes are added.
5. The code
The six-digit code is yours, and it is your responsibility to guard it. Every phone that joins with the code spends your minutes. You can remove a phone and change the code at any time.

The service is for lawful use only. Do not use it for harassment, and do not resell or pass minutes to others.
7. Your workers
You inform your workers that calls are interpreted automatically. As their employer, you are responsible for their data.
