How it works
Three steps
- Open an account and get a six-digit code.
- Your worker calls once, keys the code and picks his language. From then on his phone is recognised.
- Talk. After each sentence the other person hears it in their language.
Who is recognised
Your phone is recognised from the moment you open the account. A worker's phone is recognised after it keyed the code once.
The notice on the first call
On the first call a short notice plays, once: in Hebrew to you, in English to the worker. It says the call is translated automatically, that it is not certified translation, and to press 1 to go on.
09-376-1100
A worker who calls reaches you. You reach a worker by his two-digit number. Whoever takes the call presses 1 to accept.
What is charged
Only interpreted time counts. The code, the notice and a refusal cost nothing. A call we could not interpret at all costs nothing.
What is kept
Nothing of what was said. The ledger keeps only who called, through which number, when, and for how many minutes.
Where
Processing is in the European Union.
Each worker phone takes a seat on the plan. You can remove a phone and change the code at any time.
A worker can call 09-376-1076 on his own, at the clinic or the bank, on your minutes. You can switch that off.
