How it works for an organization

Open an arm for each site or crew: an arm is one person on your side, with his own phone and his own list of workers.
You add an arm on the website with its phone number. It calls once and keys a code texted to it, and that is all.

Worker phones: no limit

A worker joins in one call: he calls 09-376-1076, keys his arm's code and picks a language. No app, from any phone.
A worker who calls 09-376-1100 reaches his own arm directly, with no menu. The arm reaches each of its workers by his two-digit number.
Each worker belongs to one arm. You can move him to another arm, where he gets a new two-digit number.

The whole organization has one balance of minutes, and the calls of every arm come off it.
You can give each arm a monthly allocation. Soft, the default: once it is used up, calls go on while the organization's balance has minutes, and you see that the arm is over. Hard: once it is used up, the arm's own calls and its workers' own calls stop until the plan's next month starts.
An allocation never stops a worker calling his own arm.
A worker's own calls on 09-376-1076, at the clinic or the bank, stay off until you open them: for every arm, for one arm or for one worker. You can also give a worker a monthly allocation for them, one by one or for all the workers of an arm.
You set the longest a call may run for the whole organization, and each arm can have its own.
It all sits in one account on the website: arms, workers, allocations, and each arm's minutes this month.

Monthly minimum: ₪599. Each month you pay ₪599 or what you really used, whichever is higher
First payment: at least ₪599. It is the first month's minimum
No bundle of minutes: every payment buys minutes, and calls come off your minutes
Minutes you did not use stay in the account and carry on, with no expiry, for as long as the plan is not cancelled. A plan cancelled within its first three months: the minutes left stay usable for one month from the day of cancelling, and then they lapse.

Prices do not include VAT. VAT is added at payment.
