Appendix to the Enterprise plan: the identity check
The Hebrew version prevails. This page is a courtesy translation only. To the Hebrew version
The identity check is a requirement for joining the Enterprise plan. The person who accepts the Enterprise plan contract for the organization passes it before the plan's purchase begins. Without a passed check the plan cannot be joined. The check has nothing to do with the means of payment.
The check takes under a minute and is done on a phone: one personal document (identity card, passport or driving licence) and a live face match. It identifies the person who accepts the contract; it is not a check of the business.
The check is performed by Didit, an identity verification service, on its own page and under its own name.
The result of the check is stored by Telfluent only. It is deleted from Didit as soon as it is stored with us.
The result attributes the account and its contract to the person who opened it. We may use it as evidence if a charge is disputed, and in any financial dispute and any dispute over who signed, who owns the account or what terms were accepted, and may pass it for that to the card processor, the card scheme and the bank that issued the card. That is a right of ours, not a duty.
